The company that puts the seminar on is nice enough to include a hot lunch in their seminar price. It's never all that delicious because, let's face it, how amazing can you make chicken and rice when you are cooking for 250 - 300 people at a time? The presentation, however, is always fantastic so I figured I would take the opportunity to share a picture of the dessert. Again, looked great, but taste wise? Meh. I've definitely had better. In fact, I didn't even finish the whole slice and for a chocoholic, that's a big deal!
