Day 18 - Rain in So Cal!

Rain is not very common in this part of So Cal. In fact, we typically get around 5 days of rain each year. Every couple of years, we get a really good storm and it absolutely pours. Today was one of those days. It rained for most of the day and then, around 3pm, cleared up. When Don took Izzie for her pre-dinner walk tonight, he noticed that the stream in the park had received so much water, even the road was wet. He thought the girls might think it was neat so I grabbed my camera and away we went. The water, at one point, covered the entire road and the sidewalk, but had gone down some by the time we arrived though parts of the road were still completely submerged.
