April 25th - Ashley needed a swim cap with her new hair so Halle and I picked one up while we were out. She decided to model it for us when we gave it to her.
April 26th
April 27th - Checking out the flowers that Grandma S. bought with Halle when she was here visiting
April 28th - It was teacher appreciation week at Halle's school this week so we made her teachers some chocolate chip cookies and some chocolate lollipops, and then added a couple of store bought suckers. The teachers loved them so much they didn't even wait until they got home to start enjoying them. And Halle had a great time helping make the candy and the cookies.
April 29th - Today was Volcanomania day for Ashley's class. She and her team made this volcano over spring break and today was the day to make it explode.
April 30th - Today was Hawaiian Day at Halle's school. She was VERY excited and had more Hawaiian wear on her one little body than her entire class had all together!
May 1st - The girls had a blast playing water balloons this afternoon.
May 2nd - I took the girls for a "Mother's Day" photo shoot today so that we could have some nice pictures for all of the Grandmas' Mother's Day cards. This was my favorite shot though there were several that turned out really well!
May 3rd - Ashley went out to play "Tarzan" this afternoon but decided that swinging on the rope was hard on the hands!
May 4th - Ashley used some of her birthday gift card to buy a new "swing" today after yesterday's rope play. Halle had a little trouble staying on but had lots of fun falling off.
May 5th - Girls playing on the new swing.
May 6th - Halle at art class
May 7th - Halle had a Mother's Day tea at school today. While the Moms were there, the kids traced their hands on foam, cut it out and then stapled them together to hold the tube of lotion we all got. Here is Halle "posing" with hers.
May 8th - Swim day again!
